September is Attendance Awareness Month!

Every day at Westside is filled with opportunities to learn, grow, connect, and simply be part of something. From the classroom to the playground, from friendships to activities and everything in between, being at school matters.

We understand that illness and other circumstances sometimes require students to miss school. But whenever possible, regular, on-time attendance helps our students stay connected, keep learning, and make the most of every school day.

And if there’s one thing we hope our Warriors know, it’s this:

They may no longer be visible, but they will always be there.

For more than 50 years, Westside has been a place that brings us together — across generations and across the communities we call home. These signatures are a reminder that Westside is more than a building or a school. It is our community — built by those who came before us, strengthened by those who are here today, and continuing for those who will call Westside home in the years ahead.

These names will forever be a part of Westside High School — not just in our history, but woven into the very structure of what comes next. ❤️🤍
