This week we’re proud to celebrate our amazing school psychologists, Carmen Ritter and Lori Adams!
Their compassion, expertise, and dedication make a lasting impact on the academic, social, and emotional success of our students. We’re so grateful for the many ways they support our schools, students and families each day.

We’d also like to recognize their practicum students — Taylor Langston, Alex Williams and Logan Despain — who are gaining valuable hands-on experience as they work alongside our psychologists to serve our Warrior community.

Ms. Russell’s 3rd graders had a “beary” good time today as they worked as brown and black bears. They played a food-matching game to practice addition and energy concepts — proving that learning can be both fun and meaningful!

Ms. Russell shared that she was amazed by how much fun her students had while learning valuable math and science skills!

WHS Boys Basketball team brought the spirit to Westside Elementary this morning! 🏀❤️🤍

Players helped open car doors and greeted students with big smiles to start the day, then joined the morning meeting to pump up our Lil Warriors and their families for tonight’s Red & White Game!

Join us for an evening full of fun — BBQ dinner, alumni game, Lil Dribblers performance, and Lil Cheer! Festivities kick off at 5:30 p.m. at WHS.

Lil Dribblers Performance Info: Lil Dribblers will need to be at the high school by 6:45 PM on Monday evening, November 3rd. Please meet in the cafeteria hallway. The performance begins at 7:00 PM. Admission: • $5 entry fee (performance/game only) • Lil Dribblers are free • Cash only — no passes accepted

Learning and Growing in 4th Grade!

Ms. Cox’s 4th grade students are working hard each week on reading, language, writing, and vocabulary packets — building responsibility and a love for learning!

They return their packets each week for Dojo Bucks, and their dedication shows. Parents have shared great feedback, noting real improvement in reading skills. Students were even cheering when they heard another packet was going home!

We love seeing their motivation and accountability shine! ❤️🤍

Don’t forget, Sunday, November 2, 2025, marks the end of Daylight Saving Time. Be sure to set your clocks BACK one hour before you go to bed Saturday night.
