Beginning July 1, 2026, at 12:00AM, fans may email dpassmore@westsideschools.orgor call 870-336-8015 to be added to the waiting list for Warrior Gym chairback seats for the 2026-2027 season.

The date and time of your request will determine your position on the waiting list.

Chairback seats are $125 per seat and include admission to all home volleyball and girls' and boys' basketball games.
Current chairback holders will receive renewal information by mail.

Westside Elementary is honored to receive a $3,500 grant from Ag for Autism to support improvements to our playground. This funding will help us create a more inclusive play environment where all students can learn, explore, and play together.

We are incredibly grateful to Ag for Autism for investing in our students and helping us build opportunities for every child to thrive!

At last night's School Board meeting, we recognized two outstanding members of the Westside family:

Ty Marshall Eldridge, an 8th grade student, has qualified for the 2026 National Junior High Finals Rodeo in roping and will compete in Guthrie, Oklahoma, later this month.

Tammy McEntire, Westside's Dyslexia Program Coordinator, was recognized as the NEA Premier Magazine School Staff Member of the Year for her dedication and service to students.

Congratulations to both Ty and Mrs. McEntire! It's always a great day to be a Warrior! ❤️🤍

5-Day To-Go Meals Update

We are excited to see so many families taking advantage of our 5-Day To-Go Meal Program!

The form is now open for meal pickup on Monday, June 22. As a reminder, meals are prepared and packaged based on the requests received each week. To help our Food Service staff plan accurately and serve families efficiently, please only complete the form if you intend to pick up your meals.

Meal pickup is every Monday from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at the Westside Middle School rear entrance.

Please note that Home Access Center (HAC) is currently unavailable as we prepare for the 2026-2027 school year. HAC access will be restored in August, and parents will be notified when it becomes available. Thank you for your patience.

If you signed up for 5-Day To-Go Meals, pickup is TODAY from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at the Westside Middle School rear entrance.

The meal request form is now OPEN for meals to be picked up on June 15.

Please remember:
✅ A new form must be completed each week.
✅ One form may be used for all children in your household.
✅ The form for June 15 meals will remain open through Wednesday.

The request form will reopen on Monday for meals to be picked up the following week.

Thank you for your interest in our Summer Meals Program and for helping us ensure we have adequate food and supplies available for participating families.

IMPORTANT: If you signed up for 5-Day To-Go Meals, pickup does not begin until Monday, June 8 from 9:30-10:30 AM. To-go meals will not be available today. A meal request form must be completed each week by Wednesday to receive meals the following Monday. One form may be used to include all children in the household.

On-campus summer meals begin today at Westside Middle School. Breakfast is served from 8:00-9:00 AM and lunch from 11:00 AM-12:00 PM.
