WMS Band Fundraiser Update
We apologize for the delay in blanket fundraiser orders. Although orders were placed on time, FedEx now estimates delivery on 12/30/25 due to winter weather delays from Canada.

School will be out for students from December 22, 2025 through January 5, 2026.
Students will return on Tuesday, January 6th.

Ms. Copeland’s second grade class had a very special visitor today! Craighead County Deputy Aaron Chadwick stopped by to read The Polar Express for our Polar Express Day. The students were thrilled, and we are so grateful to Deputy Chadwick for making their morning so special!

After the story, the fun continued with a showing of The Polar Express, hot chocolate, popcorn, and—of course—pajama day at WES! ❤️🤍🙌🙌

Congratulations to the Westside Elementary GT students on their impressive 2nd place finish at the NEA Quiz Bowl competition! They truly embodied the Warrior spirit by answering tough questions, demonstrating excellent sportsmanship, and working hard right up to the final question. Way to go, Warriors! ❤️🤍

Mrs. Cline’s second grade class was recognized today for their outstanding participation in the WES Food Drive. Students celebrated with an ice cream treat for earning the top spot. We are so proud of their hard work and generosity. Great job, Lil Warriors! ❤️🤍💪
