Alan Oldman visited elementary GT students today and let them hold a human brain. He also shared and showed a teratoma that was a big hit! It contained hair, teeth and bone. This was the culminating activity to a unit of study on the brain and growth mindset with students. Thank you Mr. Oldman for providing this enriching opportunity!

It was a foamy, good time celebrating a new school year with WES PTO! Foam party with balloons, face painting, and treats. We ❤️ our PTO and all they do for our school!
There are several people who contribute to a great school year for our kids. We will share other pictures through the year, but tonight we say thank you to our WES classroom teachers who pour so much into making the first week of school amazing!
