Pre-K requirements: Your child must be 3 years of age on or before August 1, 2025. You will also need to bring the following items at time of registration: Proof of residency (e.g. water or electric bill), Social Security Card, Birth Certificate, Updated Shot Record (Immunizations), Physical with hearing, vision, weight and height and proof of income (for ABC spots).
